I don’t know how accurate the AI is that provides feedback but either way you are practicing speaking which can only help. However I’m mainly using this for practicing interview/and impromptu work speaking.
It has some really good tips and found the “impromptu speaking” section most helpful, with “engaging an audience” also helpful. It’s really a great idea for those intimidated by public speaking or unconfident in interviews. I have been on this app for a couple of months.
